    Seventh Dream Of Teenage Heaven

    Bega 66 / Begc 66 / Bega66CD

    11 October 1985

If There's A Heaven Above / A Private Future / The Dog-End Of A Day Gone By / The Game / Ball Of Confusion (US Mix)* / Seventh Dream Of Teenage Heaven / Haunted When The Minutes Drag / Saudade / God and Mister Smith (Mars mix)*

    *indicates additional tracks on CD

The version of "If There's A Heaven Above" that appears on Bega 66CD is the Canada Mix replacing the regular album version that appeared on Bega 66 / Begc 66.

Billed as "Mars mix" this version of "God and Mister Smith" is in fact the regular version that appeared on the B side of Beg146, later repressings of the CD (namely the lowdown midprice edition-BBL66CD) omit "God and Mister Smith" in error (but credit it on the sleeve and the disc)

The Yugoslavian edition of the vinyl album rather oddly omits the title track and replaces it with "Ball Of Confusion"!

    BBL 2025CD

2001 re-issue / remastered edition tracks as follows:

If There's A Heaven Above / A Private Future / The Dog End Of A Day Gone By / The Game / Seventh Dream Of Teenage Heaven / Haunted When The Minutes Drag / Saudade / Ball Of Confusion (UK 12" mix) / Inside The Outside / If There's A Heaven Above (UK 12" mix) / God and Mister Smith / Haunted When The Minutes Drag (USA mix) / If There's A Heaven Above (Canada mix)

The UK 12" mix of "If There's A Heaven Above" is featured in it's entirity for the first time on this CD (the original 12" was edited to fade)

The US mix of "Haunted" is an edit from the film "She's Having A Baby".

    *indicates additonal tracks on CD

The CD edition of "Express" replaced the album version of "Yin And Yang" with the remix (see Beg166T)

The sleeve boasts "Includes bonus track Ball Of Confusion-special mix" this is however

the US mix of the track which was also included on Bega 66CD!

The sleeve was corrected for the re-pressing (BBL74CD)

Initial quanties of the vinyl album (Bega 74) included a large folded lyric sheet / artwork poster.

    BBL 2031CD

2001 re-issue / remastered edition tracks as follows:

It Could Be Sunshine / Kundalini Express / All In My Mind / Life In Laralay / Yin And Yang (The Flowerpot Man) / Love Me / All In My Mind / An American Dream / Angels And Devils / Holiday On The Moon / Lucifer Sam / B side #1 / B side #2 / Yin And Yang (The Flowerpot Man-remix) / Ball Of Confusion (US mix)

This remastered and expanded edition of "Express" featured "Lucifer Sam" on CD for the first time, as well as including two new unreleased tracks simply entitled B side #1 & 2 (as marked on the studio master tape box). These short snippets were for the most part experimental pieces, with the band playing around with backward loops, the only familiar music is the Sax from "Wake Up" (an unreleased track from the infamous "Swing" project)
